Another case involving an asphalt roof replaced permanently with a metal roofing system. When the asphalt roof began leaking prematurely, the entire roof was replaced with lifetime metal roofing in a shake profile. We will be coming back out to this house soon to replace the aluminum siding with a more durable vinyl siding.
